My Favorite Supplements on B.E.D. (Body Ecology Diet)

I found The Body Ecology Diet (B.E.D.) in 2010 and haven’t looked back since. I like everything about this diet … from its yin/yang roots to the principle of food combining to the laid back approach you are unique, do what feels good.

There’s a relaxation here that I’ve yet to find/feel in another diet. A place to come home to. As a Holistic Nutritionist for those practicing B.E.D., I’m often asked which supplements to take. My answer, almost every time, is “check out the body ecology store“. I like their products and have taken most of them myself at one point; as have my husband and kids.
