#1 This form is to book a Start-Up for nutritional support on The Body Ecology Diet (B.E.D.), You will receive a 90-minute intake and two 60-minute follow-ups for $250. If you are looking for something more basic, consider a pick-my-brain.
#2 Once I receive this form, I will send a confirmation email within 3 business days with potential times to meet and an invoice via PayPal (payment can be made securely with personal check or major credit card).
