These bonbons are perfect for Body Ecology Diet (B.E.D.) or other gut healing protocol like Paleo or GAPS. They do not contain gluten, yeast, refined sugar, or pasteurized dairy.
I created these recipes when my kids and I were transitioning into Stage 1 and struggling with multiple food and health issues. For awhile there I felt that the deeper we moved into this new way of eating – and being – the harder it was to find something sweet that we could eat.

Limit or avoid foods marked with an () if you have diarrhea, abdominal pain, or bloating. In 6 weeks or so, you may be able to weave this food back in as long as you are progressing in the health issues you came into diet with and feeling better.
