As a woman, I must share this smoothie with you; easy-to-make, delicious, and a vibrant color! I grazed on these capsules all day for a lovely Saturday 🙂 My morning apple with nut butter and a cup of tea had the addition of two capsules and an hour later I welcomed a perfectly subtle hit that lasted two hours. Another couple of capsules brought a gentle, graceful buzz that had me sitting up straighter and breathing in deeper.
These cookies are perfect for anyone on The Body Ecology Diet (B.E.D). My kids love them and I like that the dough doesn’t make a sticky mess on the counter when rolling out. Not bad for a cookie without eggs, dairy, or grain 😉
This kefir is made from apple cider and starter; a sour ‘n fizzy concoction with a champagne-like taste …. pure effervescence rich in diverse, potent probiotic strains; basically a bunch of friendly flora that act as digestive aids to keep the gut in good shape. More benefits.
Looking for an easy, affordable way to get your probiotic dose? This might be for you. Especially if you have an issue with your gut (i.e. bloating, constipation) or yeast/bacterial overgrowth (i.e. Candida, GBS+).
No matter what you have going on, a glass of juice kefir is a way to kick start a day and keep the internal bugs in balance.
I’ve made young green coconut kefir (yck) for going on 10 years and have moved through many learning curves. My recipe here and a great visual here.
