My Story

I created this chart while healing my systemic yeast overgrowth with B.E.D. What I noticed right away was that not only did the recommended foods help me to feel better, but the ways in which I combined them helped even more. I couldn’t believe how quickly my issues improved by using the principle of food combining at every meal. I went from being very bloated (and looking 4 months pregnant) to having a flat, toned belly without any embarrassing gas.

As a nutritionist, I was puzzled as to why I had not learned about food combining sooner – especially since I have been studying digestive health for over 20 years. Why wasn’t this publicly talked about? I had so many clients that were also dealing with ongoing digestive discomfort and had tried virtually every remedy under the sun. So, I did what I do best…I researched.

I ordered every book and chart that I could find on the topic and studied the theory behind food combining. Then I decided to make a chart that was specifically designed for people on The Body Ecology Diet; a chart that listed all the foods that could be eaten on stage 1 and beyond. A chart that clearly outlined how to combine them. A chart that even my children could follow. With the help of my husband, I created the chart that you can now order here.
