My Story

I created this chart at a time when I was healing my systemic yeast overgrowth with B.E.D. Not only did the foods on this dietary protocol help me to feel better, but also the ways in which I combined them. I couldn’t believe how quickly I felt better just by properly combining foods that didn’t feed bad yeast in my body. I went from bloated and looking 4 months pregnant to having a toned belly without pain.

I was puzzled as to why I hadn’t learned about food combining before – especially since I’ve been studying nutrition for much of my life. I began to research a variety of food combining charts and after much studying them all I came up with the one you see here.
