My Story

I created this chart at a time when I was healing a chronic case of yeast overgrowth. Not only did the foods on this chart help me, but also the ways in which I combined them. I couldn’t believe how quickly I felt better just by doing these 2 things (properly combining food that didn’t feed bad yeast in my body). I went from bloated and looking 4 months pregnant to having a toned belly without pain.

I was puzzled as to why I hadn’t learned about food combining before – esp. since I’ve been studying nutrition most of my life. I began to research a variety of food combining charts and after much studying I came up with the one you see here.
