Lunchbox List: for B.E.D. (stage 1)

If you’re on stage 1 of The Body Ecology Diet (B.E.D.) or following a ‘gluten-sugar-yeast free’ diet, then you know what it takes to pack a lunch-to-go. I’ve put together some ideas here to help make it all easier. I keep this list on our fridge so the whole family can see it.

Ready for a Stage 2 Grocery List?

Getting out the door on a work/school day is hard enough. Let alone, rack the brain about what to pack for lunch. But if we’re going to eat, we gotta do this. It’s just not easy to find suitable food on B.E.D. out in the big world.

This list is also great for the kids! Mine are packing their own lunches now and constantly looking at it for ideas. I also keep a food combining chart and a list of B.E.D. snacks next to it, so that we can ‘match what we pack’ into good food combos 😉
