The Benefits of Young Coconut Kefir & Pudding

Young green coconut kefir and pudding are made with the ‘water’ and meat of raw Thai baby coconuts + kefir starter*. These digestive aids are rich in magnesium, calcium, and good flora/probiotics for the gut. Also cheaper/more effective than any probiotic supplement

Most probiotics get destroyed by antibiotics, fluoride, stomach acid, and chlorinated water before they even reach the gut.
